Transfer existing game to new device

I have bought a new iPad and castle story won't sync through iTunes so I reloaded castle story from App Store but had to start all over again can I sign in to new game with my storm 8 I'd

You can transfer your account over yourself or email teamlava.

To do it yourself, download a storm8 game.

Play until you reach level 3.

Go to settings and click transfer account.

Make sure you have a password set up.

Enter your storm iD and password.

Click transfer account.

Restart your ipad and the old account should be on there. It literally takes all of 2 minutes to do.

If you've set up a new ID you will need to email support@teamlava.com and get them to do it for you.

Unfortunately I've tried this and things got borked. On my new iPhone every time I try to start any Storm8 game, I get an error message that I don't have Internet service. (Which of course isn't true since I'd just downloaded the game 2 seconds before! :). I'm hoping Support can help me figure this out; til then I'm locked out of all Storm8 games. Can't even start new characters on any! Ah, technology.
