Paw print floor tile?

I've seen in several people's shops the paw print flooring, in some shops on a lower level than me, did I miss this as a theme or one off goal? As I've looked and it isn't in my catalogue to purchase, gutted as I want them :(

Yes these were a goal reward. Check the goal reference thread sticky here. Not long ago someone else ask about these. The goal should be still available to complete. Im lvl 99 the paw prints were never appealing to me so I never did the goal it's still in clip board waiting for me.
