Crafting the translator's tomb

Does anyone know how to craft the translators tomb? I have crated many covers, sheets of paper and bindings but can't figured out how to combine them for the quest.

You need to make 10 Magic Ink's and 10 Fine Parchments, then the Magic Page recipe will unlock, then after making 10 of then the actual Tome recipe unlocks.
