Restoring game

Is there any way to restore a game? My iPhone decided to go for a swim and after it was repaired, my game content was erased. My other storm ID was roxiemims. I had to create a new one to start playing city story. Any help is appreciated!

I had this happen to me and I emailed TL with my OLD ID and my NEW ID, the level I was on, how many gems I had that sort of info and they transferred it for me.
