We need a Woohoo! thread because non-CS people just don't get the excitement over some of our gameplay events.

I explored the dark caves and came back with a royal pig. Woohhoo! I can't wait till I can woohoo over an Alicorn. :D

I'm gonna woohoo with you! That's how I felt when I got mines too. I always check to see how many gems something costs and do a little happy shoulder dance. I just got the black lamb last week. And sir oink oink, gave me five gems.

I got a beast statue last night. It's blah, but still free. Now ill try to just do the explore dark caves adventures to see if I can find, even more amazing treats.

Just did the Explore Dark Caves quest for the first time.

Got an Enchanted Beam, Enchanted Block, full energy refill and an Apple Tree. The day before I got a Sheep from Search the Vault. My knights have had a change of heart!

You must have downloaded and played another Teamlava game being advertised in CS. If you level up in that game you'll get more gems :-)

Yah, they correspond with the download the games goals. Download a game, then you get a 30 gem goal, reach a certain level, then you get a 15 gem goal, etc.

Do you mean the goal for the alicorn or the gems needed for the wing/horn to craft the alicorn?

TL does provide promotional opportunities to play other games. iOS users do not get gems for this. There are other goals that do provide gem rewards but they are unrelated.

Because technically you don't get the gems from the same quests as the other game goals, I believe because that would be against Apple's rules for apps.

This always confuses me too. It doesn't make sense when its told to someone. The same way android players are asked to download or play a game, iOS get the same things too. In castle and dragon I'm being asked to reach level 8 on farm story 2. I was also asked to download zoo story 2, and reach two other levels.

1. Got goals to download other 2 games so I could get free gems and bought my second Wizard school!
2. Finally got a wing from adventure after had 2 horns, crafting summon the Alicorn at the moment and I'll get my baby alicorn tonight!

4. Got the fourth shard but not so excited because what I need to craft is vice versa. I'm maxed out of jewels and what I need are coals for expansion..

Woohoo! I got a black cow from Traverse desert sands adventure this morning. Yesterday I just had thought to save gems to buy royal cow or royal sheep although I didn't know when I could get those gems because I only had 18gems yesterday :D
I'm maxed out of truffle and most of the time need prime cut to "throw away" my excessive truffle for Baron. I'm happy that my new black cow likes to drop prime cut so I won't waste truffle anymore :)

Try planting wheat. It will provoke skunkupine, which gives a great return for the energy spent, and they often drop rat tails and fur.

Was doing my morning collection. No dragon egg from the roost - no woohoo. Got a troll that dropped troll essence - minor woohoo. Collected the reward from my adventure - got a spell book and carriage - woohoo. Thought I saw a horn but read sacred wing. Checked in the love shack and I had gotten a horn and a wing in the same drop! Major woohoo!

I got the dragon egg, *****ed on the last 2books had 5 libraries one level 5 others not far behind, but then all they gave was library books, I kept loosing, I'm at 99 . But 3 days nothing I used the gems recvd free on quests ( took 10). I've been at level 30 for awhile so I had everything else to "cracking the case " goal you need 20 hides and the net . It needs 10 mithril which I have 6. You can get from deep mine(rare drop), or with 4thshard can be done in magic forge(takes 2 days and 50 silver ore.)
To get silver ore faster it takes 10 iron ore 1 hr to make silver ore. Get your deep mines 2 are max and make sure you have reg mines also, the deep cave formation ( a rare drop give a lot of silver ore also)
Now I'm on to see what to collect next, but while waiting don't waste time !

Woohoo! I'm enjoying playing CS again after I decided to stop stressing I hadn't gotten my dragon egg yet. And no, I still haven't gotten an egg, but the game is fun again. My motto when driving in Boston, Massachusetts is Patience & Perspective (keeps me from hitting cars and curbs). It applies very nicely in CS too, except for the cars and curbs bit. It can keep me from hitting carriages and walls instead. Maybe Thurston, Sabina, and Ivy could use a little Patience & Perspective... :)

sir piggles just gave me an Adamant. Don't know what it's for yet (don't tell me!) but woohoo for something that is sparkly! And woo hoo for free royal carriages that would have cost a gazillion gems! I think we sometimes forget (those of us at level 30) that we have done over 175 goals, so these ones that are taking longer seem tedious, but we all managed to get them done eventually. Yes yes yes me too, at last. Oh if only I'd known not to activate the magic garden. Basically had dairy trade and the occasional magic fruit trade only as all other bits and bobs needed for the cooking caravan. Phew I feel I really earned that camp. So also adding a whoo hoo for the value barrel. I splashed out to ( first and likely last time) get my option barrel as it was the Alicorn one. It is good value for the game progress but I totally think that A, all options should be offered to all and B, we shouldn't be spending gems without conformation buttons. I still await the "real" Alicorn and the eventual rare wing.....
