View Full Version : Helpless..........transfer error from ipad to ipod, anyone can help?

hi all, i got trouble when transfer the game from ipad to ipod, my old account should be LV99 but it changed to LV1 now!:(

i asked support for help but they just continuously said my information is not matched and asked the receipts for any purchases made, I haven't purchase before and forgot how many gems in games.

They just keep asking me to pick up one of the game and said how many LV and gems but I really forgot.:(

Can anyone help? I want my 99LV bakery back!!! I played for almost 3 years with this game........It's quite a lot of memory with it...........Sigh............:(

If you registered on this forum for that account then the password should be enough for them.

If you haven't set up an ID on the new device you can transfer the games yourself following the instructions in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?39878-Transferring-Teamlava-games-to-a-new-device).

If you have setup a new ID you will need support to do it. The questions they're asking is to make sure that it's you and not someone pretending to be you. If you can't remember how many gems you have try giving them other information such as the last decorations you bought or recipes you've been cooking etc.

until now, it still didnt fixed....
i give all information to them as I remember
I really forgot how many gems I have..........sigh
even I can give my pw to proof, they seems ignore this point
