When I reached level 24, an announcement stated that I would be able to access roasted chicken. However, I have not seen roasted chicken on the menu and I'm now on level 25. What can I do to fix this?

You need a different appliance. There are stoves, ovens, and grills. To make roast chicken, you need an oven.
