Transferring to new device?

I'm sure it's been asked a million times before, but is it possible to transfer fashion story from one device to another? My old iPod Touch gracefully died, so I wasn't able to sign out of the device or anything. I was just wondering how I can transfer the account? I can't seem to sign in through the app.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

Yeah, unfortunately I started a game, so that option's dead in the water.
