Help not registered? :(

Hi! Please help me! I'm doing the builder's caravan quest, and have asked for help with the minstrels. Many people, over 3 hours, have helped, but the quest still says i need 0/20 help. Why are the answers not being recordet? How can I get the quest to register the help?

(And please add me :) e a s t w a t ch)

Try closing out your game or restarting your device.

Close Castle Story, close from multitasking and restart your device
Sometimes once the 20 neighbours have accepted your request for help it shows as completed.
