Buttons changed, lost gold

Evidently the buttons that you pressed yesterday to check how much time is left have changed to use gold to finish the job. I lost 22 bars immediately. I have 30 left, aging list the previous hard-earned 50 by accidentally touching something. Extremely frustrating. Again, no confirmation. And I have hand tremor and motor control issues.
