At what level does this game end?

When I visited other Kingdoms the highest level I have ever seen is 30, I was just wondering what is the highest level and if anyone has ever completed all the quests. This is the most challenging game I have played--it seems to me its going to take a very long time.

30 is the max for now. It will not take too long. At most half a year of constant playing.
