I sent requests to my friends to build but some are saying they can't see the requests ? Is there a limit of how many materials can be accepted in a day ?

yea , only 20 per day can be accepted

Yes, the limit is 20 pieces per day. So if you send requests for more than 20 people in one day, you won't receive them until the next day at least.
