Spell Shop/Crafting Bug?

Hi! New forum member here...

I installed DS: Fairy Tails, but I can't access the crafting or the spell shop. I tried restarting, reinstalling, and even bred a fairytail dragon thinking that a new quest would pop for it, but it's still not there.:(

Can you help? I was really excited when I saw we were supposed to get this feature.

StormID is Vyler, using evo HTC Android.
