Selling parts

Hi, can anyone tell me how much the game will pay if I decide to sell back any parts like chairs, tables etc., would it be like half of what we payed?

Ex. How much would I get back for selling white table that costs $1,000

When you goto sell the item it will tell you how much you'll get and ask if you really want to sell it.

Sorry double checked and it doesn't tell you the amount.
