Garden Archway

I have trying and trying to get the GARDEN ARCHWAY, but it never becomes available for me. I am on level 50 and I see neighbors on much lower levels that have this item. How can I get it?

Same for me. There are many cool items I would like to have that are for goals, but there are no more goals. Can it be made so we can buy them?

Levels are irrelevant; the goals that unlocked those items are expired. The items have to remain visible so they're still accessible to the players who did unlock them. As of yet, there is no word on whether or not locked items will ever be available for future purchase to anyone who didn't get them unlocked while the goals for them were active.
