I haven't even tried yet :P been trying for dream before it's gone. Now that big bad is a hybrid, it will make everyone want fairytale...though I still say its just a flying worm lol just wonder though if big bad will be fairytale and night element or just fairytale cause if it's the latter then maybe diamond x diamond will work?

Diamond and diamond would work. But with all the single element dragons available now, it may take you a while to get what you want. The best bet would be to use two fairyworms.

No, the Topaz is what the Fairytale type trades for the Onyx is the hidden color.

Fairytale and Night will probably get you BB because you get a large topaz and a large onyx when you trade it.
Everybody is using Diamond/FT or FT/FT because we didn't know the hidden element, even though we do now these combos give less fails.

For those who don't have Diamond or another FT, breed it with Night or try for another FT. I still haven't seen anyone confirm 100% the hidden element is black, all we know is that you get a large onyx when you trade it.

It could be Goblin? FT only give us 1 small topaz and no emerald which is odd, just like Cosmic only gives 1 small amethyst. So BB probably doesn't show the red when we trade, but I still think it's black only.

I believe the hidden color is black only and this is because when you trade it it only gives topaz, onyx and a mystery box. All the original pure minor colors only trade for one gem. All the other minor pures trade for the original minor gem plus their hidden color/colors gems. Fairytale can be traded for one small topaz so any of the other fairytale pures will trade for a topaz and their hidden color. You can see that this had held true for all the new colors. Here is the trade info:

■The Dawntree Dragon can be traded for a large Pearl, large Emerald and a mystery box.
■The Magic Dragon can be traded for one small Amethyst.

Fairytale and Night will probably get you BB because you get a large topaz and a large onyx when you trade it.
Everybody is using Diamond/FT or FT/FT because we didn't know the hidden element, even though we do now these combos give less fails.

For those who don't have Diamond or another FT, breed it with Night or try for another FT. I still haven't seen anyone confirm 100% the hidden element is black, all we know is that you get a large onyx when you trade it.

Confirmed with Plain Black and Fairytale, got 1 using Night Elf x Fairytale.... Fails included Hunter, Atlantis, Mindevolt, 2 x Island And a Fruitful. Recommend Probably best using Diamond x Fairytale if you have a Diamond

Congrats!! But for those of use that don't have 2 Fairytale dragons or even a diamond dragon to breed it with (even though I'm freakin level 94)...WHAT DO YOU BREED WITH FAIRYTALE TO GET THIS DRAGON?!?!?!

All I see is fairytale/fairytale or diamond/fairytale...Is it Diamond/Goblin?? I tried for Eclipse with Cosmic/Moon to no avail so I'm still looking for that one.
Using fairytale and night can give you BB, but there are many fails. Trying for another fairytale and use both of them will cut down the fails drastically. Just my opinion.

It's been proven to be useless on numerous of occasions. And still we were never informed of how it should "really" work.

you can't get big bad from a cosmic in the breeding equation...but considering it's 14 hrs, you might have got Eclipse!

Been using FT+FT for a while now. Two Cheshires using that combo and a whole lot of Airs/Forests. Unfortunately, I'll get an Air and then a Forest directly after. Where for art thou, Big Bad!?
