Trials And Tribute

Puzzled over this "Trials And Tribute" quest or quests. How should I go about it ? I think i had completed some of the 'trials' but status remains as not done.

I just expanded and didn't get anything. :(
Could it be fully expanded?
Maxed out 99 in glue.
Max out 99 in blocks.
Max out 99 in all crops.
Etc...?
