Where did my spin the wheel go?

I am on the iPhone 4 and yesterday was the first time I ever had the wheel to spin, and today it is gone.... Why is that and why can't it just stay for good??

Soon the wheel is a limited release feature, ie we only get it for a small amount of time. Not sure whg you only got it today unless its the first time you've force closed and restarted the game in a eek. For more discussion on this feature you can go to
