Game reset times?

Every place I have read says that TeamLava games reset at 12am Pacific Standard Time or -8 Global bla bla bla.

I just noticed the time stamps on the this forum is 7 hours ahead of PST or -1.

Is this just a different location of their servers or is that click when the resets itself as we'll?

the reset used to be GMT-8 but some time ( a month) ago it has been GMT-9 , not quite sure which one it is now
