Heart meter in social menu does not register

I keep losing my progress on the rating...

It will register while i collect the hearts but after i re-log in, the progress is gone and back to where i was before i collected.

Been stuck at 3 and 3/4 for a week.

Each day when you log in for the first time your rating is reduced by a percentage. This is to encourage people to visit on a daily basis.

There is a display issue on iPads where the meter doesn't display as full even when you've got four stars. If you see four full hearts and a 3/4 bar then you're maxed.

I'm stuck at THREE and 3/4...not FOUR and 3/4

What you'll notice is once you have increased your rating enough it will go immediately from 3 3/4 to 4 3/4. Check your profile (link from your wall) to check your hearts.
