how many meals can you sell in 24 hours?

First, in the lower levels, there is always a lack of food, but now I can't get rid of it any longer.
I won't have a bakery, where there is more food then looking nice!
But I don't have any idea how much food is needed, to sell 24 hours a day!
Is there anyone who has an idea?
