Technical question

I'm playing in my IPhone 4S and may need to do a factory reset due to a virus. I'm confused as to how the game will work. Since I have to reinstall it, Do I have to start over from the beginning? (I'm at level 94, etc etc). Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

No it should be fine. All the data is saved on their servers. I think the game is linked to actual device ID or something. Better question... how in the world did you get a virus on an iPhone?!
