Flashes of light

Sometimes when I am playing I see some flashes of light in my kingdom. They're much stronger than the normal sparkles and they only last about a second. Am I being visited by someone special?

Hmm.... It's the thing that people are describing in the in-my-kingdom thread, but there's no real answer there, as far as I can see. I suppose I will just have to wait and see.

It's just a pretty display issue. I always feel like my kingdom is special when it happens.
