My friends gotten bullied... But when we report ppl... They are still there! Which really, doesn't solve the problem! :confused: So reporting doesn't really help sometimes!

Write them again with that persons info and a pic of what they write if possible. Sometimes they do block that person from playing.

In a lot of cases though, the person who is getting bullied is the one who gets blocked from playing. It should really be the other way around .

Reporting to support@teamlava.com is the best course of action.

Providing screenshots of the inappropriate comments will help when they investigate.
