I bought 105 Gems last night. The money was taken from my account straight away now it's 12 hours later and still no gems!!

Does anyone know how to sort this?!

Did you get the message that said something like "105 gems have been added to your account?"

I have purchased several Gem packages and they have all been credited immediately.

I would suggest that you restart your device.
If that doesn't work, Delete App. and reinstall. You will not lose any progress.

Otherwise, you will need to contact teamlava's support email, & give them your specific ID info and the device OS & id also along with the transaction information but they will probably take awhile to get back to you after the holidays & the backlog of emails to catch up on, so make sure you offer as much information as possible and the fixes you attempted such as restarting, deleting and reinstalling etc, if applicable.
