I'm in QLD so the current reset time for me is 5pm. When San Franciso stops daylight savings it goes to 6pm.

I'm the UK at 07:16 AM, TL's still at 11:16 PM (yesterday, here in London.) So their midnight still hasn't passed. Also another good way is checking City story Metro, as there there's night-time, so when your city's dark it's probably around midnight.
