Got the day care center. Was very surprised it was not a gem purchase like the other buildings and structures. Now I have the Day Care Center, an Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. Now, all I need to have is a University Campus and a building with dorms. We already have the frat houses. You could make an entire education complex that way.

You're right. We could make a proper city. OK, at the moment I haven't reached the educational or health side of my city. I've reached the Bussiness side of it all. I need the Law side finished, so I need a Courthouse. Moneywise, I'm safe as I've already got a Bank, but not a Police station(Oops!) I need to buy schools and hospitals! My residential side is going well. Good.
