Help purchasing the ovens

I cannot purchase any of the items that you need help to build! I get a message that says you will need from neighbors to build but I cannot purchase the ovens! Please help!

Make sure that you are tapping at the top of the box. If you tap the hammer, you'll get the pop up that says you'll need help to build it from neighbors.
