Help! My Dragons get lost

Hi,

I'm new on Dragon Story (Level 9) and have a big problem. While gaming suddenly an Icon with a Dragon and the word processing appears and after that I have lost all my new bougth eggs, food etc. and nearly all my money. (today 2 eggs, 2 updates of habitats, 2 banners, ca. 15 food packages an about 10000 coins)

What can I do?????

Do one of the following-

A) Try restarting your device.
B) You can reinstall the app.
C) Try going to a neighbors island for a minute or two and then, you should go back to your island.
D) Email teamlava support like before.

I am just telling you what all the mods might suggest. I don't know if they have any other ideas but still...

Tranks, but if I reinstall the App, will I loose everything?

No, as the team lava servers still have all your information. When you re-download ( sorry, not sure that's even a word!) all your information should still be there.
