My 'story' game is lost memory.

my phone was broken, so I purchased new iphone.

and backed up the phone and started castle story

but my account was gone.

how can I get back my own account? my strom ID is lkingi, and nickname is AplusOmega T^T

Unless you have the UDID of your old phone, the best bet is to just e-mail support@teamlava.com

You will need to transfer your games to your new device.
You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device you will need to have support assist in your transfer.
