Trading Portal and Spell Shop not working on Android?

Do the Trading Portal and Spell Shop really not work on all Android phones?...or just on Galaxy S4?
Me and my fiance switched from iPhone to Galaxy S4....and both of our Trading Portal and Spell Shop don't work on Galaxy S4. :(

Not available for any android device, only iOS.
