Friends cannot Gift me?

Please help!
My friends are unable to send materials (gifts) in Castle story
for 3 going in 4 days! I had this problem a few months ago but had transferred
my game to a new device and it solved the problem.
Please can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks!

If they're trying to send more than 1 jewels to different people or 2 silver ore or fur it will say your maxed. If you're maxed on some items they can't send. If you've got 80 or more of items like wisps it will also say you're maxed. Have them try sending different items till something goes through.

Also just check that they haven't already sent 3 gifts that day.
