I love that someone has taken the time to put all of the information in one place. I often read about people making red velvet cake and Earl Grey tea as the big profit makers, and red velvet cookies as a big money loser. This chart agrees, according to the cashflow results.
My question: how did they get the cash flow results? Does it have to do with the servings per hour? How did they find the srv/hr?
Here is the link (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AirojqZymHCpdDlCX3F1OU1tODFTNW4xZWpBb2RDZ EE&gid=21) I am discussing, if it's against the posting rules I will remove it.
