Problem with lost gems..help please!

Hi, I managed to collect 24 gems and by mistake I press the picnic magic box, which costs 24 gems. Ok I didn't want to buy but it was my fault...the problem is that I cannot find the magic box items and all my gems are gone!!! Note: never bought a magic box before so maybe am missing something...if not, then am gonna close my account cos this sucks big time!!!

Any suggestions would be fantastic

I am sorry this happened. When you buy a box, you get one item for the 24 gems.
