Royal cow?

Besides prime cuts what rare items does the royal cow give. Is it really worth all those gems? Didnt find any answer to this on the reference spread sheet. Anyone have one or collected a rare item from one?

I believe hide is also considered as rare item so yes , i get hides from it -.-

It doesn't worth even 1 gem for me.
It gives only milk, hide and prime cuts.
Prime cuts are useless after Baron quests if you use bacon for the trade.
