Just a quick Question

I'm going to do a little renovation once I get the mariachi band goal prize. The thing is I have a small bakery. My question is:

What is the minimum amount of tables you can use to achieve 100 hearts and earn full $$

I'm planning on minimizing my number of tables WITH chairs and putting more out WITHOUT chairs because I want as little space for the customers eating and more for decorations and tipping tables.

I have 19 chairs and 100 happiness. 18 would give me a frown now and again. Not enough to really lower my rating more than a split moment, but enough that I replaced that chair.

I don't have the link, but I am using fec's layout to optimize customers. A link was most recently shared in a thread about too much food.

minimum amount is that can serve at least half of the kids. the other half can leave broken hearted and still keep 100 hearts. so you can get away with 10-12 tables))

Nky1111 is right. I just reduced my chairs to 12 and, while the happiness rate is moving a lot, it keeps coming back to 100.

The bakery can hold 27 customers at any given time. then as one finishes eating, one comes in the door. For max profit and hearts, have 27 available chairs and tables

That's sounds more realistic than only 10 or 12 tables.
