Question: Expanding with no maps/discount to remove items

I searched to see if there was an existing thread on this topic but didn't find any.

I have two accounts - one on my iPhone and one on my iPad. On my iPhone I can expand with no need for maps and removing rocks/shrubs/trees I get a discount but on my iPad I can only expand with no need for maps. Example of the discount on removing items:

The Moldy Boulder on the island with the Dawn Tree on my iPad would cost me $990,000 to remove while on my iPhone it's "only" $250,000.

So why are the discounts not applying across the board? That is to EVERYONE and only to certain accounts?

That thread doesn't answer my question at all. lol But least now I know I didn't find anything because I was searching for the term "discount" not "cheap".

You should tl is all about doing random offers to different accounts

Actually you never really did ask a question. But TL sends these things out randomly. I don't have it on my main account, but on my other one, I do get lower prices and no maps. And, on my daughters, no maps needed but the same prices. Go figure!!!!
