Unfortunately, you can't. TeamLava does not have this as an option.

Find a friend that had a device that can play the game - and doesn't want to play the game - and transfer the account you don't want to their device using the transfer service at www.teamlava.com. Then just restart the app and you'll be able to start fresh.
