You just go on adventures. In theory they drop from any adventure. I have yet to see one but others have gotten multiples

The wing and horn only drop from adventures after you have completed the Valentines goals, so check your goal list. I was stuck for three months on the "bling bling for Thurston", because of the complete absence of golden nuggets. I finally got it yesterday - yay! And have a few more goals to complete before looking forward to my adventures actually having a chance of giving me an alicorn part.
