Design items locked by "Goal" so can't buy [Archive]

View Full Version : Design items locked by "Goal" so can't buy

I can't buy the design items (Pueblo tables) that are required for the current goal because that item is shown as locked (with the closed padlock symbol) & the word "Goal".
How do I get this unlocked so that I can complete the goal?
