why when I have 6-f beams 4-super glue 15 red pedals and coins do I still have to pay 32 diamonds? did anyone else?

No, this shouldn't be the case. Do you have 6 fancy blocks as well?

The coins are a display issue (ie incorrect). The real requirement is the beams. Force/hard closing and restarting your game should show you the correct requirements.
