How can i reactivate the missing goals?

I've been playing this game since 2011,
i played the games: restaurant story and bakery story almost daily before i started working.
now i cant play it often and i play almost every-five days a time.
that makes me missing the recent goals.
so i would like to ask if theres any possibility to unlock the goals with unlimited time?
if theres anybody has the same doubt as mine, pls leave your comment as well!

There have been a few complaints about goals expiring, but there doesn't seem to be any plans to reactivate them.
