Sorry y'all but I just started using the forums and I'm a pretty high level. I'm wondering if the locked items in which the goals have already expired will ever be able to be unlocked. Like all of the Olympics stuff are locked because I didn't understand how the goals worked then. Is there a way to unlock them now or just wait indefinitely?

They haven't brought back expired goals yet. Earlier this year they made last year's valentines goal recipes available, so there's a chance.
