Trade ticket expansion

Has anyone expanded to a plot that requires trade tickets? Was there anything really good in that spot once it was available? I have a plot id really like to expand to but not sure if i want to use up my tickets. I might do it though if there is anything other then the usual rock formation and trees.

Just did one...it's the usual rocks, trees, grass, log, etc.

When I opened up space that required trade tickets, I got the same plants and trees as normal, but I did also get 16 more squares of space!

Nothing special about it. I have only 2 expansions left . Already got my tinker camp and lv 5 chateu. It's just a way to slow us down.

I think the right way is to have 99 tikets for this and not expansion. Thikets a really long batle. To much tikets for this goal
