Unable to move or sell wallpaper or floor tiles?

Are you not allowed to move or sell wallpaper or floor tiles that you purchased for your store? I've tried and they don't move. Only if there is a window or frame on the wall.

In order to move wallpaper or floor tiles, you have to put them in storage and then place them in the new spot. Same for wall decor.

Oops, sorry. That's the process for wall decor. In order to "move" wallpaper or floor tiles, you have to buy new wallpaper or tiles to cover the existing ones. The old wallpaper or floor tiles will then go into storage, where you can place them in new spots.
