How to Report Glitch

How do I contact TL about a glitch on my island? I have one habitat that every time I open the app has sparkles like someone has visited me, I click on it can do something else and then it has them again. Only one habitat like it's stuck in that cycle. I don't want to be in trouble for abusing what I think is a glitch.

1st try rebooting your device. If no change then delete the DS app & re-download it. If that still doesn't correct the problem email support@teamlava.com. Make sure to include your Storm8 ID & a complete description of the problem.
