Wait you said reset, not transfer... Do you mean starting over? We can't do that without starting over with a new storm8 ID. It's all or nothing once you get going with your ID, no do-overs. :)

I can't access that page for some reason. All I want to do is restore my game. I had to do a factory reset on my phone, and I want to sign in to Pet Shop Story with my existing ID.
