Photo of my island...stored?

I play on an IPad 2. In the main menu there is a camera just above the Help/FAQ sign. When I use the camera and snap a picture, where does it go? Get stored, I mean. When it asks do I want to share it I click no, just store to my photos... But then I can't find them!

It should be in your photos. If you want to take pictures of your isle I would just take a screen shot on your ipad- push Lock and home button at the same time. it should flash white and it will store to your photos

Thank you for writing back! I was so frustrated! Got it figured out now! I've been reading these threads since I started the game back in March - nice to have a chance to talk with you! (I consider funnyrandomness 'one of the family')!

If you hit no when it asked you to share, you changed the settings for the game and your photos will not store to your device.
You can turn this back on.
On your Ipad go to Settings-Privacy-Photos.
Find the game and turn the button to on.:D
