Dragon Puzzle Error?

I just received new game goal.

But everytime i try installing it, i always get this message

Am i the only one whose getting this error? (If it's really an error)

OUt of curiosity what region do you have your phone and iTunes set to? Are they different by chance?

Hi. Sorry but i dont have any idea. I haven't changed anything yet. But i am from Philippines. By any chance, does the location affect appstore?

The screenshots you posted show that you have iTunes set to the US, while your device probably detects that you are in the Philippines. This would be why you are receiving offers that cannot be found on your iTunes.

I had the same request appearing on my Castle Story game. Actually based on yr recommending above, I went to switch my accounts and due to switching from a malaysia account to US, I was being charged for USD2 for registrating my accounts. Actually after switching the above request still appear.. what should I do and this is not the first time I was approached or prompt to download...

Hi thank you for your concern but i already figured it out. I changed my apple ID region from US to Philippines. The game seems to be not yet available at US store (i guess). But it's working good now. Have a great day and Godbless!

How come they charged you? I changed mine for free
