Times not displaying?

I haven't run an update or anything, but now, while I can see a progress bar, the time left to complete an action does not display anywhere (above the building, down below where it used to be). I'm not eager to click on the speed up button since I assume this will continue to take my gold, but I have no idea how much without a time display.

Is this an intentional change? Because knowing how much time is left is important in my decision whether or not to speed up an action.

Okay, I bit the bullet and clicked on the thing that formerly sped up, and the times are now hidden in there. Phew.

Mine is back to the old way too. I like it better that, way I hope it stays

Mine is iOS, updated to 1.4. When I clicked on an unfinished habitat, it only shows the bar, without the time. At the bottom right of the screen, the icon doesn't show how many gold bars to finish the habitat. Is there anything wrong with the game?
